How do I set up a wholesale account for daily delivery?
Easy! Give our sales team a call at (212) 391- 2870 ext. 3 or email us . We will schedule a sampling and talk you through all of the details. You can buy our products online. You can always ask your local store to call us and stock our products including bagels, croissants, muffins, breads, cakes, and cookies.
What is the order cutoff time if I already have an account?
2:30 P.M on weekdays, 11 am on Saturday for Sunday and Monday orders. The office is closed on Sundays and any modifications made via email on Sundays are on best effort basis.
What days can we receive deliveries?
Davidovich Bakery bakes and delivers 365 days per year.
What is the Minimum Order for my new account?
Your combined bagel/bread/sweets order must be a minimum of $40 per day or incur a $5.00 per order delivery fee on any day that it does not meet the minimum delivery requirement.
Can the minimum delivery charge be waived?
We encourage all customers to start with our company both big and small, however it costs us money to process orders, and to be most competitive we must charge a delivery fee for any orders smaller than $40.00 with no exceptions. Please contact your account representative to discuss all product lines including: Breads, Bagels, Muffins, Croissant, Cookies, Cakes and Pretzels. Surely you can identify Items needed to meet the minimum order requirements.
What is Davidovich fresh delivery location range?
New York City, Westchester, Long Island, Southern Connecticut, New Jersey and eastern parts of Pennsylvania. Please give us a call or email if you are within this range and need daily deliveries, or let us know if you are not and we will direct you to one of the distributors in your area.
When are deliveries made?
We require a 2-hour delivery window. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you. Our trucks are on the road from 12 AM to 1 PM, 7 days per week.
Can I pick up my order at the bakery?
We can arrange to have your order ready for pickup at the bakery. Please arrange this in advance by speaking with a customer service representative when placing your order. Additionally, you can request to pickup your order at our outlet store at the Essex Market in NYC.
How do I change my order, place a standing order or make an order?
Your very first order should be set up with your sales representative, and after your account is established, you can email in your order to customer service, email or fax
