Many bakeries produce these products with little concern for the quality, or the taste.  Davidovich wants these products to fall in line with the taste profiles of its other artisan, baked goods.

These breads are a bit pricy due to special manufacturing procedures and ingredients required in their production.  Many products claim to have this status but we make it a point to offer only products that are Certified.
