Dough Mixers and Prep work:

Mix the dough following our specifications and separate the dough for rollers.

Hand Dough Rollers:

Hand roll the bagels into bagel shapes and place on boards for proofing.

We are in the process of opening several new Bakery – Cafes in NYC.  We are looking for an experience candidate who is capable of leading the build out and management from ground up. Including complete recruiting, staffing, vendor relations, system setup, and ongoing training and management of staff.

Our Ideal Manager candidate would be responsible for the successful operation and continued growth of the bakery-cafes and the supervision of 5-20 associates per location, providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while being able to initiate marketing and revenue building programs.
